I recently purchased a 2013 XC70 Volvo from Boston Volvo Village. This is somewhat unique in as much as I live in the Finger Lakes Region (Geneva) of New York. I found the vehicle online and then spoke to Ted Leotsakos and Phil Jenkins who are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable individuals. I have been servicing both my wife's and my volvo for a few years now at Boston Volvo. I recently brought my vehicle in for service and once again Adam went above and beyond in getting the issues resolved in a professional and courteous manner. I had use of a loaner vehicle while my volvo was getting serviced and the staff washed my car just before I picked it up. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for any service of your volvo. I've only used the service department here. The employees are always super nice and explain everything in detail, they always have appointments available (same-day, next-day, etc), and do great service work. They always call the next day for feedback.

Brought in a new (to me) 2015 Volvo S60 for a shimmy when braking at highway speeds.  Service replaced rotors and pads. It's braking perfectly now!   Consistently great service and workmanship.

I took my Volvo into Boston Volvo for an oil change and just a check up, the service manager Steve Duffy was great and even got me a loaner car to use after they found  a problem that was covered by warranty.I would highly recommend this dealer.

My husband and I were in need of some unique accessories for our new XC90 (rubber mats, protective cargo liner & protective netting for the trunk) and considered buying them through an online vendor.  Before ordering them online we decided to swing by Boston Volvo to see if they had them in stock.  Turns out they didn't have them on

My experience at Boston Volvo Village was excellent. Kerry Trainor was a pleasure to work with, a consummate professional with excellent product knowledge and a friendly, genuine and relaxed approach to sales. Paul Murphy was also a perfect professional, taking time to explain the lease financials, paperwork and optional services. I left the dealership with the feeling that I had leased a car from the right people.
